Where we ship
We ship to United Kingdom addresses by tracked overnight courier. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands or international delivery, contact us first for a delivery quote.
Dispatch & lead times
Devices ship from our distribution partner by tracked courier. Stock items ordered before 2pm on a working day are aimed to be despatched the same day, otherwise the next working day; an overnight service is not guaranteed. Lead time on non-stock items depends on the manufacturer’s stock, which we confirm for your order. Devices can also be configured before they ship, so the kit arrives ready to deploy.
Delivery options & cost
Several delivery options are offered at checkout — standard, next-day and Saturday — with the cost calculated by destination and total order weight, and shown before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Any problem with a delivery — email hello@planetic.io and we will chase it with the courier.
