Use of the site

planetic.io provides information about our platform, devices and services. Specific terms governing platform subscriptions, deployment and professional services are set out in the customer agreement signed at contract. These terms apply to goods ordered through the shop.

Prices & orders

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Prices are for the quantities stated and may change before an order is accepted; an order is accepted when we confirm it. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

Payment & title

Goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so please insure them from that point until payment is complete.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by delayed delivery, and a delay is not grounds for rejecting goods. See our Shipping & delivery page for how we ship.

Warranty & returns

Devices carry a 12-month return-to-base warranty from despatch. For goods not of our own manufacture, the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty applies. See our Warranty and Returns & refunds pages for what is covered and how to claim.

Liability

Content on this site is provided for general information. Specific compliance and regulatory advice should be obtained from a competent professional with knowledge of your estate. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms and any contract for the sale of goods or services are governed by English law and subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you buy as a consumer rather than a business, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 continue to apply.
