What It Does

Built for temperature & humidity.

A wireless LoRaWAN indoor climate sensor measuring temperature, humidity, light and motion (PIR) in a slim Scandinavian housing. Suited to comfort monitoring, occupancy indication and Awaab's Law temperature and humidity logging. Up to 10 years on two AA batteries, NFC-configured with a configurable threshold indicator. LoRaWAN decoder: ELSYS ers payload decoder & codec (The Things Network)

Damp and mould monitoring
Continuous temperature (±0.2°C) and humidity (±2% RH) logging provides the evidence base for Awaab's Law compliance in social housing — a verified record of conditions over time, not a one-off inspection.
Presence and light included
A PIR sensor and a light channel are built into the same unit, so one device covers comfort monitoring, occupancy indication and lighting data for space utilisation reporting.
Decade-long battery life
Up to ten years from two AA lithium cells means the ERS2 can be installed in a social housing bedroom or school classroom and left to run for the length of a typical maintenance contract.

Do I need anything else to use this device?
Every LoRaWAN sensor needs a gateway to reach the internet. One gateway covers a whole building — the Milesight UG65 is the standard choice for most sites. The gateway itself does not need a sensor to run.
