What It Does

Built for air quality & co₂.

A wireless LoRaWAN indoor environment sensor measuring CO₂, temperature, humidity, light and motion (PIR) in one wall-mounted unit. The CO₂ reading doubles as a ventilation proxy; the configurable traffic-light indicator makes threshold breaches visible in the room without a dashboard. Up to 10 years on two AA batteries, NFC-configured. LoRaWAN decoder: ELSYS ers-co2 payload decoder & codec (The Things Network)

CO₂ as a ventilation proxy
Measures CO₂ from 400 to 10,000 ppm at ±30 ppm accuracy — the reading school estates teams and housing providers need to confirm adequate ventilation without specialist air quality surveys.
Traffic-light alert on the device
A configurable LED indicator changes colour when CO₂, temperature or humidity crosses a set threshold, so staff see the room condition at a glance without opening a dashboard.
Ten-year battery life
Two standard AA lithium cells last up to ten years at normal reporting intervals, removing the need for battery replacement visits across a large estate of classrooms or flats.

Do I need anything else to use this device?
Every LoRaWAN sensor needs a gateway to reach the internet. One gateway covers a whole building — the Milesight UG65 is the standard choice for most sites. The gateway itself does not need a sensor to run.
