The MClimate Fan Coil Thermostat is a LoRaWAN HVAC controller designed for fan coil unit management in commercial buildings. It supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil configurations and provides four SPST relay outputs, one DPST dry relay, and a 0–10 V input/output for valve modulation. A 4.2-inch e-ink display presents room temperature, humidity and the active setpoint to occupants, who can adjust temperature using four physical buttons within configured limits. All operating parameters — setpoints, schedules, valve positions, fan speed — are managed remotely over LoRaWAN EU868 without additional wiring. The device suits retrofit and new-build commercial HVAC installations alike. Alliot Technologies is the UK distributor and supports integration with third-party network servers and building management systems.
