A 3 m conductive sensing cable drapes along pipework, walls or under raised floors — catching a leak at any point along the run, not just at a single spot.
Ten-year battery
Over ten years on a single Li-SOCl₂ cell means the sensor can be tucked away behind plant equipment and forgotten until an alert fires — no routine battery swaps.
Temperature and humidity too
Alongside leak detection the sensor logs ambient temperature and humidity, giving estates teams the context needed to distinguish a burst pipe from persistent condensation in the same space.
