The Milesight WT301 is a LoRaWAN fan coil thermostat designed for relay-based fan coil unit control in commercial and light-industrial buildings. It supports 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil configurations and drives fan speeds via on/off relay outputs. Operating on the EU868 frequency band, the WT301 integrates with any LoRaWAN-compliant network server and building management system. A built-in room display shows the current temperature setpoint, allowing occupants to make local adjustments within permitted limits. Remote setpoint management, scheduling and mode changes are handled over the air. The device suits retrofit installations where existing wired controls are impractical. Alliot Technologies distributes the WT301 across the UK and Ireland with local technical support.
