The Strega Smart Valve Light Segregated (DN20 / 3/4 inch) separates the LoRaWAN controller from the 20 mm BSP brass solenoid valve body using a connecting cable of up to 20 metres. This form factor suits installations where pipe access is tight, or where the controller needs to sit higher up for better LoRaWAN signal — for example in underground plant rooms, ceiling voids, or dense riser cupboards. The valve body is fitted to the pipe in the usual way, while the controller mounts on a nearby wall or bracket. As with every Smart Valve Light unit, it communicates on EU868 MHz and pairs with Strega smart-water controllers for remote shut-off, leak-triggered automatic closure, and building water management. Battery life reaches ten years or more under typical operation.
