The split-core clamp fits around a live conductor without isolating the supply — energy monitoring goes live in minutes, with no electrician sign-off and no downtime to the building.
Self-powered harvesting
The sensor draws operating power from the cable it monitors via induced current, so there is no battery to replace and no mains spur required in the cupboard or riser.
±1% accuracy at 100A
Measures RMS current to ±1% above 5 A at up to 100 A — accurate enough to validate sub-metering allocations and detect out-of-hours consumption in multi-tenanted buildings.
