Nearly seven years on one battery

At a standard reporting interval the ER14250 cell lasts up to 6.8 years, so the sensor can be fitted and largely forgotten across a large estate of doors and windows.

Built-in tamper detection

A tamper alarm fires the moment the sensor is removed from its mount, giving an auditable alert if a sensor is interfered with in a school corridor or communal area.
